This service includes an Ear Health Assessment and removal of earwax from one or both ears using either microsuction or irrigation techniques, as deemed appropriate by our qualified earwax specialists.

Our trained professionals will assess your needs and advise on the best treatment options. Following your ear health assessment and consultation, if microsuction isn't advised and no wax is removed, you only pay half!

Occasionally, earwax may be too hard to remove completely in one session. If this happens, we will recommend using olive oil drops for at least three days before returning for a follow-up. If your follow-up appointment is scheduled within seven days, it will be provided free of charge.

Home Visits

Home visits are available for individuals and for multiple patients in one location.
This service carries a one-off call-out fee, which covers all patients treated during the same visit.
If your location is further than 20 miles from South Molton, please contact us to discuss other available options.
